ABOUT ME

I have worked within the field of education, rehabilitation and disability support for many years and today I bring in-depth knowledge and experience of the issues that challenge individuals to my work as a life coach. I have a warm, empathetic and creative personality and enjoy watching people flourish and achieve their true potential. I am passionate about supporting people who are affected by disability, illness or diversity and I use varying coaching techniques to enable people achieve their true potential and live a life without limits. I am higly qualified having pursued post graduate qualifications in education, rehabilitation, coaching and coaching psychology. I am also registered with the International Coach Federation,(ICF)
My Coaching Style:
I use a positive psychology, solution focused approach to my work as a life coach. I will be there to inspire you, motivate you, challenge you and support you, as you decide what is important for you, your life, your work and your studies.
